I have been speaking with sophiasnumberone, and I decided to make sure he has a to do list every morning. He had forgotten about some paperwork and netflix on his car and lost it all. So along with Number One, everyone is now going to do your “to do list” every morning. Put 10 things on your list that you need to get done in that day(#1 should always be worshiping your Goddess), and not to worry if all doesn’t get done it just starts your new list for the next day, so there really is no pressure. Its just a good way to remind yourself of the things you need to do and an easy way to have a memory list. OK most will say you will lose the list, well it takes ambition and routine, when your done writing your list put it on the fridge, that way when your getting your healthy snacks or getting cold water to drink you will see your list.
