Masturbation it can be the highlight of your day. Keep it simple, keep it short. You don’t need much time to take the edge off. Keeping the edge off is the key. But then again who’s to say what is actually healthy for your individual needs. Keep it within that 4 to 7 area and you should feel fantastic without all the masturbation guilt.

Yes, there is such a thing, masturbation guilt. It may come if you are in a coupling and the partner is either lacking libido or just not interested. You decide to take matters into your own hands, literally. You may feel the guilt, like you are almost cheating that lover. Don’t think about it to much or it will drive you insane. Well, I usually only masturbate once a day. Sometimes twice.. But it’s usually a marathon edge and delay session. Sometimes for a few hours or more if I’ve got the weekend to myself. Is this unhealthy? Other than the time it consumes, I feel great about it. But sometimes I get in a time crunch for important things. But they eventually always get done. I just procrasturbate too long sometimes.
